I am honoured to be working with AAK this year. The Lion range itself is amazing, from sauces, dressings to mayonnaises, mustards and condiments, and each product is well balanced and gives my dishes a great enhanced flavour.
This year we’re twisting classics, shaking up tradition and fusing flavours in a quest for culinary brilliance, under the banner of SAUCEOLOGY® by Lion – a masterclass in flavour. I will be creating a host of recipes using the comprehensive range throughout the year to demonstrate how valuable it can be front and back of house. Also, providing chefs with hints and tips on getting the most out of the range by attending industry shows, exhibitions and events.
With 2017 set to be a sizzling BBQ season, I particularly love spicing things up with Hot Piri Piri Sauce devilishly hot and tasty and my favourite Cajun & Tomato Dressing thick and full of flavour.
