Grilled Bananas with Irish Cream Liqueur
An exotic combination of tropical fruit and Irish charm…
- 8 good sized bananas
- Irish Cream Liqueur
Wrap the unpeeled bananas in foil and barbecue for 15 minutes, turning once until the bananas are soft.
Slit along the top lengthways and pour over the Irish cream liqueur.
Serve with vanilla pod ice-cream.
